How can I book my tickets?
You can book tickets online using our box office website 24 hours a day. If you prefer to speak to someone to book your tickets, you can call our box office phone line on 01656 815995. It is open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. If you need to contact us outside of these hours, please email [email protected] and we will get back to you.

 

What are your box office opening hours?
Our Awen box office phone line is open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, on 01656 815995. You can also book tickets on our box office website 24 hours a day.

 

Do you have a brochure?
If you'd like to receive information about future shows and events at our venues, please make sure you are opted in to receive email marketing in your account section of the website. This will ensure you are included on the mailing list for our monthly e-brochure.

 

What is your return / refund policy?

I have lost my ticket, what do I do?

Can I pre-order interval drinks?

Interval order requests can be taken by staff to enable you to collect your drinks quickly and avoid queueing.

Please note we reserve the right to refuse entry or sale of alcohol to those suspected of already being under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or disorderly. We operate a zero tolerance policy towards abuse of our staff.
