Panto junior cast audition information

• Children must be no younger than eight years of age by 15 November 2025
• Children must be no older than 14 years of age by 15 November 2025
• Parents will be asked to complete an audition form and register their child with the venue team on the day of the audition
• A polaroid picture will be taken of your child on the day of the audition upon registration. This will be used for reference by the pantomime creative team
• No parents will be allowed into the auditions whilst they are taking place
• Post audition, parents will be asked to return to collect their children
• Parents should ensure their child attends the audition in comfortable attire, allowing them to move freely throughout the day
• Parents should ensure that their child has sufficient food/drinks to get them through the physically challenging day

Should your child be selected following the audition, please note the following important information:

• Children will be under the constant supervision of licensed chaperones during both rehearsals and performances.

• Parents are required to provide one pair of black dance shoes for their child to use in the show. These shoes will remain the child’s property after the production concludes.

• Parents must understand that their child may need to miss some school days to participate in rehearsals and performances of the production. It is the parents’ responsibility to inform the child’s school and provide the venue with a copy of the school’s written permission no later than 17 October 2025.

• Parents acknowledge that their child must attend all scheduled rehearsals on the specified dates below. Absences will only be permitted in cases of illness; no other exceptions will be made.
