Tickets: All tickets are sold subject to availability and as set out expressly in these terms.
Tickets are sold subject to our right to make alterations to the advertised time, programme or cast.
You only have a right to a seat of the value corresponding to that stated on your ticket. We reserve the right to provide alternative seats to those stated on your ticket (whether before or during the performance).
Tickets for most private hire events can be purchased through Awen’s booking facilities, where Awen Cultural Trust operates solely as booking agent and host venue. Patrons are reminded that the promoter assumes all responsibility for the event.
Babes in arms (under two years old) go free when sharing a seat with an adult.
Refunds: No refunds will be given except for cancelled events. Please check carefully when booking. We regret that tickets cannot be refunded if the performance goes ahead. For added peace of mind, you can purchase ticket refund protection for just £1.95 per transaction during the booking process.
Exchanges: Tickets can be exchanged for another event or a credit note up to 48 hours before the performance starts for a fee of £2. Strictly no exchanges or credit notes after the event has occurred.
Where a positive Covid result is received prior to the event, your tickets can be exchanged for a credit note. Tickets cannot be exchanged after the performance.
Ticket Delivery: The venue is operates a paperless ticketing system. Tickets are embedded into your confirmation email and should be shown at entry. There is no need to print your ticket.
Price/Payment: The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time we accept your order, except in the case of obvious error. If we discover the price of a ticket is incorrect we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order.
All prices set are inclusive of an Awen venues levy.
Admission and Attendance: We reserve the right to refuse admission to ticket holders in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a ticket is void.
We also reserve the right to prohibit the consumption of refreshments, refuse re-entry or service of refreshments to customers causing a disruption to the audience or the performance.
Security searches may be conducted to ensure the safety of all audience members and your cooperation in conducting these is appreciated.
Latecomers may be admitted into the auditorium when a suitable break in the performance occurs but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
By attending a performance, ticket holders consent to the photography, filming and sound recording of themselves as members of the audience.
Ticket holders must comply with all relevant statutes, safety regulations and theatre announcements whilst attending the performance.
Restrictions: The use of equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data inside the auditorium is strictly forbidden. Unauthorised photographs, videos, recordings, or similar items may be destroyed or deleted. Any recording made of a performance in breach of these conditions shall belong to the producer of the performance.
Mobile phones, tablets, messaging equipment, laser pens or any other electronic equipment should be switched off when ticket holders are inside the auditorium.
Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes is prohibited anywhere in the venue.
Audience members are not permitted to bring into the venue alcohol or open containers of food and drink.
CCTV: CCTV is in operation throughout our venues for the purpose of crime prevention and detection.
