How can I book my tickets?
You can book tickets online using our box office website 24 hours a day. If you prefer to speak to someone to book your tickets, you can call our box office phone line on 01656 815995. It is open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. If you need to contact us outside of these hours, please email [email protected] and we will get back to you.

 

What are your box office opening hours?
Our Awen box office phone line is open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, on 01656 815995. You can also book tickets on our box office website 24 hours a day.

 

Do you have a brochure?
If you'd like to receive information about future shows and events at our venues, please make sure you are opted in to receive email marketing in your account section of the website. This will ensure you are included on the mailing list for our monthly e-brochure.

 

Do I need a Covid Pass to see a show?
In line with Welsh Government legislation, you no longer need to show an NHS Covid Pass, or proof of a negative lateral flow test when coming to see a performance.

 

Do I need to wear a face mask?
No. The law in Wales changed from 28 February and masks are no longer needed in theatres. Customers are welcome to continue wearing face masks should they feel more comfortable doing so. Click here to read more about how we are making our venues safer for everyone.
