- Floor: flat non-raked with a plywood finished floor painted matt black
- Capacity: 548 (full capacity), 238 (balcony), 54 (studio – seated)
- Access: access for load in is via the rear of the theatre via the marketplace courtyard. Parking is available for vehicles unloading to the side of the studio, and equipment can then be loaded into the rear of the building where there is a stage lift installed to transport equipment to the stage.
