Community Craft Fayre – Stall Reservation

The Maesteg Town Hall Christmas Craft Fayre returns in 2024 and you can reserve a stall today! 

The fayre will take place in the Main Hall, with the Atrium showcasing live music from local performers and groups throughout the day.  

The cost of reserving a stall is £25 and you will be notified when your booking is confirmed. This includes the use of one trestle table (183cm x 76cm x 72cm) and tablecloth, and two chairs. Please note electrics or power connections will not be available. One additional table can be requested for an additional charge of £5. 

We are looking for stall holders with the following: 

• Handcrafted items 

• Small independent businesses 

• Artwork 

• Vintage clothes and accessories 

• Jewlery 

• Pet goodies 

• Charity fundraising raffles 

We are open to anything excluding food and drink to be consumed on site, the more unique the better. We will aim to avoid booking multiple of similar stalls to maximise your profit and provide a great offer to visitors. 

Insurance is recommended. Please provide your public liability insurance number (minimum cover £5 million) and a copy of your certificate with your booking form if you are able.
