FMF: Angharad Jenkins & Patrick Rimes (Met)

Multi award winning musicians Angharad Jenkins (violin/voice) and Patrick Rimes (violin/voice/piano/pipes) have been members of the celebrated Welsh folk group Calan for well over 15 years, with Patrick also performing as part of chamber folk trio Vri and folk trio Alaw, and Angharad performing solo with her alt-pop project ‘Angharad’.
Both musicians have been nominated for the Welsh Music Prize more than once. As a duo they take their love and knowledge of Welsh folk music to new levels of intimacy, with vibrant playing and beautiful vocal harmonies.
