Maesteg Town Hall Heritage Open Morning

Join us for our next Heritage morning in Maesteg Town Hall!
Have a look at our historic Town Hall auditorium, and find out more about the recent redevelopment project.
You will also be able to see the six Christopher Williams paintings on display, and learn more about this celebrated painter from Maesteg. There will also be short films in our Y Bocs Oren studio, showing documentaries about the Town Hall and Christopher Williams.

And especially for this heritage morning, we’ll be sharing some historic items from our Local History Library, as part of our ‘Ogwr Unlocked’ project.
If you’ve got any (historic) photos that you’d like to show us, we’d love to see them! This can be images of local events or building, school or sport photos, or perhaps images or programmes of Town Hall performances.
If you’re happy to share these with others we can scan items, but we won’t if you’d like to keep your photos private.
