Jazz Club: The Louis and Ella Music Show

The show is based around the song duets Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong recorded on 3 Albums with the Oscar Peterson Quartet in the late 1950's,  along with a vast repertoire of solo songs both have recorded and performed. The show presents these iconic songs true to the original arrangements recorded with Oscar on the piano, Ray Brown (bass), Herb Ellis (Guitar), and Buddy Rich/Louis Belson sharing the drum chair.

This is not a 'Stars in their Eyes' look alike show!

The show is a celebration of the Wonderful music of Louis & Ella, performed by great musicians!

Packed with the hit songs of the Swing era from Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, Rodgers and Hart, George Gershwin such as They Can't Take That Away From Me, A Fine Romance, I Wont Dance, Let's Call The Whole Thing Off.  PLUS solo songs from Ella & Louis including Manhattan, My Funny Valentine, Love for Sale, Just One of Those Things, Hello Dolly and Wonderful World!
