One More Song (The Met)

An unforgettable evening of live musical theatre, bringing together local talent in memory of a very special woman, Tracy McCarthy.

Featuring performances from Tredegar Operatic Society, Showstoppers, pupils from Saint Carlo Acutis Catholic School, and a host of special guest soloists, One More Song promises an evening filled with well-loved songs from the stage, powerful performances and plenty of surprises.

Originally planned to support Tracy’s ongoing specialist cancer treatment, the concert will now go ahead in celebration of her life and in her memory – bringing together the people, organisations and community that surrounded her family with so much love and support.

In accordance with Tracy’s wishes, proceeds from the concert will be shared between the three organisations performing on the evening: Tredegar Operatic Society, Showstoppers and Saint Carlo Acutis Catholic School, helping them to continue creating opportunities for others through music, theatre and the performing arts.

We hope you’ll join us for what will now be an incredibly special and poignant evening – to celebrate Tracy, to support three organisations close to her heart, and to fill the theatre with music in her memory.
