Free Music Friday at the Met with Pay the Man

Based in Bridgend, Pay The Man is a solo acoustic music project lead by musician Kyle David Smith who released his debut album “Regulars” in 2021. Pay The Man’s material consists of heartfelt lyrics with musical influence that delves into the genres of acoustic pop, indie, ambient, experimental, folk and even punk. Described as “stirring, anthemic and great” by BBC Radio Wales’ Adam Walton and endorsed as “wonderful stuff” by Beth Elfyn, the name is taken from Kyle’s favourite song by The Offspring from their album Americana.
