Join us for Free Music Friday, as we welcome James Chadwich to Blaengarw Workmen's Hall.

Guitarist James Chadwick approaches his music in a distinctive and thoughtful way, blending ever evolving melodic lines with inventive and measured harmonic treatment. He is an excellent performer who eschews flashy technical runs for angular Monk-ish lines and an ethereal sound reminiscent of Bill Frisell. He makes standard tunes sound very fresh by leaving lots of space and creating unexpected textures.

The James Chadwick duo will be playing all the greats from The Beatles and well known tunes from the Great American Song Book.
