Silent Disco: International Older Persons Day at Awel-Y-Mor

Research shows music improves your mood and is great for your overall wellbeing – all the more reason to join us for an hour of fun at our Silent Disco, at Awel-Y-Mor. An inter-generational event organised to celebrate International Older Persons Day.

Headphones are provided with a choice of music channels, including all the golden oldies and classics. You can choose the music, as you sing and dance with friends and family.
